Goodland Drive

The central objective of this project segment is to upgrade the road surfaces by milling off the existing deteriorated asphalt and replacing it with approximately 46,000 tons of P-401 asphalt. Milling involves removing the top layer of the road, eliminating any wear and tear, and providing a clean and solid base for the new asphalt layer.

Subsurface Grout Injection
Remove and Replace the airfield signs and lighting

The use of P-401 asphalt ensures high-quality and durable road surfaces that can withstand the rigors of heavy traffic and varying weather conditions. This technique involves injecting specialized grout materials into the subsurface to stabilize and strengthen the ground beneath the infrastructure. Subsurface grout injection is particularly valuable for addressing potential soil settling, voids, or other ground-related issues. This step enhances the overall structural integrity of the area and prevents future ground-related problems.
